Meet Our Doctors
Emily Ngo Chen, O.D.
Dr. Emily Ngo Chen completed her Bachelor’s in Biology at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL, before earning her doctorate at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Her dedication to eye care is evident through her passion for providing comprehensive services to families, with a focus on treating dry eyes and managing myopia.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Chen values spending quality time with her family and her corgi and yorkie. Her interests include watching Anime and K-dramas. Dr. Chen is able to conduct an eye exam in Spanish, and is fluent in Vietnamese.
Dr. Patricia Clubb
Dr. Patricia Clubb grew up in Northern Virginia, attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, and then earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at The University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar. She graduated from the State University of New York College of Optometry, in New York City, with dual OD/MS degrees. Her Masters in Vision Science, which was supported by a NIH grant, was for the study of cataracts. While at Optometry School, Dr. Clubb served as Vice President of her class and was inducted into the Gold Key Honor Society.
Dr. Clubb’s passions as an eye doctor are hard-to-fit specialty rigid lens fits for those who would otherwise be legally blind, even with glasses, and myopia control to slow down the progression of nearsightedness in children. Dr. Clubb’s passions outside of eyecare include sports as both a fan and competitor, television, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
